Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all paid services, bookings, and deliverables purchased through www.chitrangana.com (“Site”). By placing an order, making an online payment, or booking a service, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Use.
Chitrangana is committed to professional service delivery and customer satisfaction. While many offerings involve intellectual work and time-bound commitments, we aim to accommodate reasonable requests for cancellations or revisions wherever commercially and contractually possible.
1. Services Covered
This Policy applies to:
- End-to-End Project Consulting Services (under Master Service Agreement “MSA”)
- Token Consulting Sessions (paid booking for fixed-duration online/phone/video meetings)
- Scope-of-Work (“SOW”) Reports (customised written deliverables prepared by our consulting team)
2. End-to-End Project Consulting Services (MSA-Bound)
- Cancellations are permitted within three (3) business days from the date of contract signing and payment, unless work has already commenced.
- Once work begins or the 3-day period lapses, fees paid are non-refundable, and the engagement will proceed as per the signed MSA.
- Any refund processing, if applicable, will be net of applicable bank/transaction charges.
3. Token Consulting Sessions
- 100% refundable if:
- The session is cancelled by the client before the scheduled start time, or
- Chitrangana cancels or fails to deliver the booked session.
- Non-refundable once the session has started and been completed, regardless of perceived value.
- If the client fails to attend (no-show) without prior notice, the session fee will be refunded in full one time only; repeated no-shows may be non-refundable at our discretion.
4. Scope-of-Work (“SOW”) or Reports
- All SOW reports are non-refundable due to the customised, intellectual nature of the deliverable.
- If not satisfied with the delivered report, clients may request one (1) complimentary revision within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
- Revisions are limited to the original scope and brief; requests to expand or materially change the scope may incur additional charges.
5. General Terms
- Services rendered or deliverables already provided are strictly non-refundable.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@chitrangana.com with order details and the reason for the request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or third-party gateway charges are non-refundable.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
While this Policy sets out standard rules, Chitrangana may, at its sole discretion, approve refunds or credits beyond these terms in exceptional situations to maintain client goodwill. Such decisions do not constitute a waiver or modification of this Policy.
